Athletes' Athlete and Kids' Coach: Rafer Johnson, the former Olympic decathlon champion and lighter of the torch at last summer's Los Angeles Games, is involved in new games these days. He has been coaching a youth soccer team in Van Nuys for several years, since his own children first played.
