A HUNDRED YEARS AGO -- Actors yesterday re-created first meeting of City Council 100 years ago. Left to right they are Frank Elmo, Leonard George, Alfred Franz Stury, Ronnie Gilbert, Pedro de Cordoba and Guy Bates Post. Performance was under sponsorship of County Centennial Celebrations Committee.
