NEW ARTERY: Here's a section of the eight-lane Cahuenga Pass Freeway, built at a cost of $1,500,000, which was dedicated yesterday in colorful ceremonies. The freeway is expected to carry 50,000 cars daily. This photo shows the view looking south to the junction of Cahuenga and Highland Aves.
