FAMILY CEREMONY-On the steps of the Los Angeles County Courthouse, entertainer Sammy Davis Jr., at right, snaps a photo of his wife, Swedish actress May Britt, and the youngster, Jeff, whom they had just adopted. Superior Court Judge A. A. Scott signed the adoption decree. Boy was named for the late Jeff Chandler. The couple has another adopted son, Mark, 5, and a natural daughter, Tracey, 4.
