DELAYED BY STRIKE-Tractors of the U.S. Marine Corps are sidelined on Union Pacific tracks near Washington Blvd. as a result of a surprise strike by the AFL-CIO Brotherhood of Locomotive Fireman and Enginemen. The strike was against eight railroads in 38 states.
