SWIFT SURGERY-This bovine operating table was unknown to old-time cowpokes, but the results are the same. A calf is branded, inoculated, dehorned and converted into steer in one operation, at Rancho Mission Viejo, 52,000-acre spread near San Juan Capistrano.
