Description
A REJECTION-Cesar Chavez, director of the National Farm Workers Assn., announces breakoff of negotiations with the Di Giorgio Corp. over a union representation election. With him is Mrs. Ophelia Diaz, who claimed she was fired by Di Giorgio because of her union activities.
