Description
NO SLOWER, PLEASE-Southbound lanes of the Harbor Freeway between Century Blvd. and the San Diego Freeway are posted for minimum speeds in a state test to determine the effect of minimum limits on traffic flow. Similar tests are being conducted in Stockton, Marysville and San Francisco areas.
