Description
A JULY FOURTH QUICK-STEP-Filipino folk dancers entertain crowd at the City Hall with the Tinikling in which they step in and out of bamboo poles being slammed together at a rapid rhythm. The dance was part of the celebration of Philippine independence day, which also falls on the Fourth of July.
