Description
ZOO'S BIG SPREAD--Towering in the middle of the new Los Angeles Zoo is theme structure of twin pagoda-type towers. The white spots that look like swimming pools are where the large animals will be kept, separated from public by moats. The circular buildings are fro smaller animals. This view shows about 80 acres of the 110-acre zoo site. Not visible are parking areas and now open Children's Zoo..[sic]
