Description
NEW LOOK--Partly completed $15 million 17-story federal building, at left, bounded by Wilshire and Sepulveda Blvd. and Veterans Ave., adds to the already high-rise look in the Westwood area. The new building on 28-acre site will be used mainly by Veterans Administration. It will be completed June 1.
