Description
PROTEST ON MEDI-CAL CUTS--Pickets, six confined to wheelchairs and several mothers with babies in their arms, parade outside Serra Building protesting cutbacks in Medi-Cal program. The group, around 150 in number, belongs to the Save Medi-Cal Committee, which recently stormed governor's office here in a similar protest. Marchers included welfare recipients, nurses, doctors and a minister.
