Description: THE SHOEMAKER STYLE--The distinct style of Bill Shoemaker is evident here as he rides another winner at Del Mar. Some people can be identified by their walk, golfers by their swing. A racing fan can spot Shoe but his relaxed position in the saddle. Saturday at Del Mar, Shoemaker won his 6,000th race, the only jockey besides Johnny Longden to reach that plateau.
