V' FOR VICTORY--President Nixon raises his arms in a "V" for victory gesture as he addresses rally at the Anaheim Convention Center Friday night. Others on the platform are Mrs. Ronald Reagan, at left, Max Rafferty and Ivy Baker priest. Mr. Nixon assailed violence.
