Description
Additional poster text: We make a lot of decisions when negotiating casual sex. Using a condom means we can play without needing to know our partner's HIV status and protects everyone's privacy as well as our health. Whether you're negative or positive, always use a condom. At the bottom of the poster there are two logos from the Queensland AIDS Council as well as the phone numbers and e-mail address for the council. The e-mail address is: info@quac.org.au Poster held by Louise M. Darling Biomedical Library. History & Special Collections, Collection no. 306, item AT022. The poster is made up of a pile of different brands of condoms, water-based lubricant, a newspaper's "Men's Personals" section, watches, a clock, a flash device for a camera, some keys, a pen, one bottle with liquid in it, and Polaroid photos. Date on back of poster, 2004, reflects when the vendor received the copy later acquired by the UCLA Library.
