Description
Additional poster text: Progetto del Ministero della Sanità, ex Secedas. POS, Operatori di prevenzione in strada. Coordinamento nazionale: Gruppo C, ULSS 20, Verona, Tel. 045/8622235, Fax 045/8622239. Agenzia Perdonà G.A. ART 1997.
Poster held by Louise M. Darling Biomedical Library. History & Special Collections, Collection no. 306, item IT011.
The poster is an abstract painting, framed by a varigated orange mat, which consists of circle shapes and angle shapes in colors of orange, yellow-orange, brown and blue. It is vibrant and active, and could be symbolic of an active fight or struggle against AIDS. This may be a print of an actual painting, since there seems to be a canvas texture that shows through, and there are brush strokes in the blue area (sky?).
