Description: Handwritten on drawing: 3721 / Tartar stuff / thick wook unlined wrapped round -- bound waisted -- touched with leather -- wear it over pants and a skinny hooded shirt / the sleeve's the thing ---
Thick wool wrap dress, knee-length, with 2-part sleeves, sash waist, waist-high side slits and pockets, worn over skinny pants and a funnel neck jersey top. The model wears a furry Tartar-style hat.
