Handwritten on drawing: layers and layers for perfect insulation: 1st a slim jersey dress, 2nd a sleeveless jacket edged in leather, 3rd a really great coat of double faced wool--outside a deep tone called "nearly black" inside a deep rich plaid / "Bonnie Cashin
Sketch of a figure wearing a three piece ensemble consisting of a dress, jacket and shawl collared overcoat. The lining and wide collar of the wool coat are sketched in a pink windowpane plaid, as is the sleeveless leather trimmed jacket underneath. The coat appears to have a frog fastener at the bottom of the collar.
