Description
Illustration text: "Start Fall with an immaculate black tweed pants suit. Keep the pants skinny. Put feet into crushed suede ankle boots. Blouse the top but skinny the sleeve. Over all throw a toga sort of thing of the most beautiful thick tweed you can find - in perhaps a pomegranite red. Cover your head in another intense color - perhaps purple."
Sketch of an African American woman wearing a black pantsuit, with a light-colored toga or mantle draped over it. She is also wearing a turban and ankle boots. Signed by Bonnie Cashin.
