Description
Clippings 2 & 3: "An apron like an overskirt. Rows of striking gray and pink stripes crisped out with unpressed pleats [...] a straw-colored apron to match a daisy's eye, black ribbon-tied, its huge purposeful pockets black stitched [...[" with photographs models wearing the aprons.
Clipping 1: "Foul Weather Finery / April Showers Bring A Bright Flowering Of Costume Rainwear" with a color photograph of a model wearing a crowded raincoat on a city street.
Clipping 4: "New Look For Summer Sweater Girls" with three photographs of models wearing a shawl, a v-neck sweater with shorts and a striped cardigan over a swim suit.
Clipping 5: "Summer Wear for the Bride / A slick idea for summer evenings during the bride's after-dinner leisure hours, is this little knit "shrug" stole in bright pastels or white. It is designed by Bonnie Cashin and painlessly priced."
