Description: Coat or raincoat with collar, 4 snaps on the upper half of the placket (open below) and one on each cuff, welt pockets, bracelet-length sleeves and thin straps attached to the placket at the 3rd button and wrapping to the back of the coat. The hood appears to be part of the dress worn beneath; worn with knit gloves.
