The house, designed by the architect John Atchison for Edward and Julia Bodman, was built in 1929
Note on back of photograph: Flowers- lower left corner- Lemon yellow. "[Flowers] in background - apricot & Salmon "[Flowers] pots, top of wall- soft vermillions "[Flowers] on steps- lavender-blue.
