Description
Text of press release: "Bonnie Cashin’s “suitable suits” travel beautifully at home and abroad. In this multi-tweed wool, framed with pheasant colored leather, created for Philip Sills and Company, the Cashin philosophy is underscored that clothes should provide a kind of joy in the wearing. The ballet-length skirt is swingable and wide, for an exuberant walk in town or country. The lowered waist-band of the skirt is of pheasant leather with a discreet brass hook that serves as a buckle, with the same leather band outlining the hem.The crepe-lined jacket has an elasticized band that hugsthe waist, with a skinny leather belt that ties in a generous bow.As a companion accessory to the suit, Bonnie Cashin suggestsa jersey hooded blouse, which is available in a variety of colorsspecially dyed.Sizes: 6 to 14# 2793/2794 — $225.00* 4718 — $45.00"
