Description: Hooded jersey (?) dress with thin horizontal stripes, an 8-inch placket and a narrow leather tied belt. Binding encases the edges of the placket, extending around the edge of the hood as well. Worn with an unlined, collarless coat in a fleece-like fabric, with bound edges and a prominent (2.5 inches) leather tab-and-buckle closure a the neckline.
