MISTRESS GONE - Kathy Fiscus' dog Jeepers, with whom she loves to romp, was forgotten over the tragic week end - a frightened confused animal. yesterday friends who took Kathy's older sister and her two cousins, Gus and Stanley Lyon, took the dog into their home, too.
