The "Bride of the Sea" float representing a beautiful young maiden riding beneath a floral canopy. The Pasadena Memorial Flagpole (Goodhue Flagpole) is visible behind the float in its original location in the middle of the intersection of Orange Grove and Colorado Boulevard.
