Boyer (center, hatless) with policemen at the site where he buried the body of his 42-year-old wife, Dorothy Doane Boyer. Boyer confessed to hitting his wife over the head with a dumbell on August 1, almost two months ago. Boyer said he was tired of his wife's nagging and that she would not allow him to divorce her.
