All information concerning the content and description of the image was provided by Walter Gordon.
After Walter L. Gordon, Sr. and his wife Verter Gordon were murdered in 1949, attorney Walter L. Gordon, Jr. had to take over his father's real estate office. He and his wife, Ethel, both took an exam to get a real estate license. Ethel passed, but Walter did not. This is Ethel running the real estate office.
