L to R: Catherine Garcia, Joe Harris, two unidentified women, Curtis Taylor, and a police officer known only as "Hat." "Hat" was an officer at the Newton Street Police Station, one of a number of new young officers who started about the same time as future Los Angeles Mayor Tom Bradley.
