Golden from the Los Angeles Post Office following an investigation into whether or not he was affiliated with the Communist Party. The other story concerns attorney Daniel G. Marshall's petition to the U.S. Supreme Court to review the constitutionality of the Los Angeles Bar Association's segregation policy.
