Bierman, 19, in Superior Court settling a dispute with her husband Carroll Bierman, the year’s Kentucky Derby winning jockey. The Biermans had been separated for about 8 months, during which Mrs. Bierman received $300 a month from Mr. Bierman for separate maintenance. Mrs. Bierman, who suffers from a rare heart ailment, filed for this arrangement on the ground of cruelty.
