Sheep corrals at the Guajome Ranch House, as mentioned by the character Ramona in Helen Hunt Jackson's novel. The ranch house was built in 1852-1853 as the headquarters for the Rancho Guajome Mexican land grant; it is a large Spanish Colonial hacienda with two courtyards.
