Description
Access to this collection is generously supported by Arcadia funds. The old Romanesque style Los Angeles City Hall from a view looking south on Broadway between Second Street and Third Street. Horse-drawn carriages are visible parked at the curb, and another moves by in a blur. The building was demolished after the new city hall was completed in 1928.
