Description
Access to this collection is generously supported by Arcadia funds. Twelve post card views of beaches in Topanga, Santa Monica and Venice, California, advertised as a set called "Snappy Snaps, Local California Views." Santa Monica views include Marion Davies' beach house, castle rock and the palisades cliffs. Venice Beach views show sunbathers. Castle rock was leveled in the mid 1950's and is now paved over.
