Access to this collection is generously supported by Arcadia funds. Zones like this one were created to separate the residential district from the Boulevard and included pedestrian paths and gardens. The electric bronze fountain illuminated by colored lights was installed at the corner of Wilshire and Santa Monica in 1930.
