This project was designed by the professional firms of Cook and Hall, landscape architects, and Joseph J. Kucera, architect, George H. Daniels, associate Green Bay Country Club, located in Orange County on the Coast Highway just north of Laguna: this club is to be developed in the spirit of a Normandy sea coast village. All building plans to be subject to approval of art jury.
