Another photograph of the same sign, in embossed metal, identifies the location as Manlleu, Spain (http://www.panoramio.com/photo/46358413)
Two little girls sitting in the doorway of a large stucco barn with a tiled roof. Over the barn's entry is a small wooden sign that reads "La Urbana" surmounted by a crown, places the location in Spain. There is a large conical structure in the background which may be some sort of silo or furnace. Photo is displays quite a bit of damage, including fading and spotting.
