Adobe of Don Manuel Dominguez--Dominguez Jct. 1826-1924 when Mrs. Maria Dolores Dominguez de Watson died, left to her sisters, who arranged for [then?] Claretian Fathers Seminary & monastery. Father Manuel Milargo [sic] CMF Superior 33.86703483942706 View from the front lawn of the Dominguez Rancho Adobe, with a covered walkway and arcade on the left, towards the main facade of the Dominguez Seminary; a man in cassock holding book (possibly Father Manuel Milagro?) is in the midground The adobe of Manuel Dominguez, on the Mexican land grant of Rancho San Pedro, was completed in 1826. The Dominguez Rancho Adobe Museum is listed on the city of Carson web site as 18127 Alameda Street, in Carson. This address is actually in unincorporated Los Angeles County, closely surrounded by Carson, Compton, and Long Beach.
