View of road under construction in the Huntington Palisades area of Pacific Palisades. The curbs and sidewalks are complete. Three trucks with asphalt, two asphalt rollers and fifteen workers holding rakes and shovels are on the road as a man in a light colored suit and cap standing near a parked car observes.
