Adelbert Bartlett, 1572 W Pico Blvd., Los Angeles. 2632 p 3. 161 x 5081 The full size sculpture was completed in 1934, is made of concrete, is 18 high (5 feet of which is the base) and is located in Palisades Park in Santa Monica. It was created under the New Deal Programs (WPA, Works Project Administration), active between 1934-1943 Text from nitrate negative sleeve: Saint Monica statue.
