Handwritten at edge of negative: AH 448
Possibly Bob Graber. Cf. Los Angeles Times, Sunday, September 15, 1929: "Resort and Hotel Notes. Deep-water fishing … in Lake Arrowhead last Saturday rewarded Bob Graber, Ontario youth, with a twenty-seven inch rainbow trout weighing an even nine pounds ..." Man is young enough to be described as a "youth" (Bob Graber was 16 in 1929), and trout appears to be about 27 inches.
