San Diego Harbor, Old Ironsides dedication of plaque given by Santa Monica children, Mayor Carter & family, Miss Carter nailing home plaque, Commander Gulliver USN About 12 men and 13 women posing with bus and driver outside entrance to Mission San Juan Capistrano, probably en route to San Diego Harbor for dedication of plaque for S.S. Constitution. Mayor William H. Carter can be identified at left. Bus reads: Special, City Offi[cials], Good Wi[ll?], Santa Monica.
