Text reads in part: Adelbert Bartlett, 535 15th Street, Santa Monica, Calif. Exclusive. Place a silhouette cut-out of your preferred masculine profile upon your arm, like [lie] in the sun for a thorough sun-tanning, and when you remove the silhouette you have a perfect impression of said male profile, say girls at Venice, Calif., Los Angeles favorite bathing beach. Georges Boria, French silhouette artist who is visiting here, started the vogue. He is shown pasting a cut-out on the arm of Miss Thelma Peairs, while Miss June Diebold ... waits her turn ... Picture shows group of Venice girls happily sun bathing in the knowledge that soon they will be blessed with all manner of skin decorations that will probably last the summer out.
