Access to this collection is generously supported by Arcadia funds. Peggy Hamilton modeling a white chiffon gown, with black hand-appliqued lace and white gloves. The dress was available at Jean Swartz Fashion Salon, on Vine Street, corner of Yucca, one block north of Hollywood Boulevard. A different photograph of Peggy Hamilton wearing this gown and holding a wide-brimmed black hat appears in her Los Angeles Times feature "Fashions from Local Shops," on June 14, 1931, pg. H3.
