Fredericks, president of the Women’s Service Auxiliary of the [C]hamber [of Commerce] … sponsored by the vacant lots and parkways section of the chamber’s civic beautification committee, of which Mrs. Gerald B. Burtnett is chairman … Features of the fete will include … a buffet lunch at noon … Mayor Shaw and the City Park Commission, of which Mrs. Max Socha is president, have offered their assistance
