Crown Princess Louise and Crown Prince Gustav Adolf of Sweden presented with gifts at a reception at the Shrine Auditorium on the day of their arrival in Los Angeles. The painting behind them is a view of Santa Monica Bay through eucalypti by a local artist given by local Swedish-Americans. A bust portrait of Abraham Lincoln, on the right, by local Swedish sculptor Edstrom, was a gift of local Swedish-Americans. Crown Princess Louise holds a bouquet of flowers. In 1926-1927, Crown Prince Gustav Adolf and Crown Princess Louise of Sweden made an international trip around the world to benefit Swedish interests, which was described as a great success, especially the trip to the USA, during which they travelled over the nation from New York to San Francisco.
