The theme of the 1930 forty-first annual Rose Parade was "Festival Days in Flowers" About 15 uniformed men with flags marching at the start of the parade route at the intersection of Colorado Blvd. and Orange Grove Blvd., with spectators in background. The color guard is seen at the intersection of Colorado Boulevard and Orange Grove Blvd. Text from negative sleeve: Tournament of Roses, 1930. nitrates.
