Dressed as Indian maidens and seated amidst desert plants at the base of the pinnacle are Betty Lloyd and Mary Reed. The float was entered by the city of Caliente, Nevada and is seen at the intersection of Colorado Boulevard and Orange Grove Blvd. Text from negative sleeve: Tournament of Roses, 1930. nitrates.
