"Happy New Year" float with floral bubbles against a backdrop of rays and 3 visible young women seated on the floral carpet. The float was entered by the Pasadena Chamber of Commerce and is seen at the intersection of Colorado Boulevard and Orange Grove Blvd.
The theme of the 1930 forty-first annual Rose Parade was "Festival Days in Flowers"
