The theme of the 1930 forty-first annual Rose Parade was "Festival Days in Flowers"
Woman wearing a wide-brimmed hat and chaps on horseback with another rider further away on the right in the Rose Parade. The Pasadena Memorial Flagpole (Goodhue Flagpole) is visible in the background on the left in its original location in the middle of the intersection of Orange Grove and Colorado Boulevard.
